Final Fantasy 13's new lead. She looks cool, and wields a gunblade(not like Squall's from FF8; hers transforms from gun to sword). Being late to news as always, I only recently found out that a trailer's already been released. Square-Enix is releasing two games for PS3 by the title of FF XIII, with two different main characters and two story lines, but still within the same world environment. I wonder if that's a good thing, trying to develop two games that way. It'd be cool to play a story from different perspectives, but I wonder about the integrity of each game, if they're going to be sold separately.
This is awesome best pic of lighting ever you have all my props

How Do you separate Dreams from reailty and reailty from dreams? Dreams and reality are the same thing you cant separate something that is part of you remeber that.
Great pic of Lightning, nice to see a bit more anime-ish take on her.
But yep, as for FFXIII, they've got 3 announced so far: FFXIII, Final Fantasy Versus XIII, and FFXIII: Agito (for cell phones). And that's just the tip of the iceberg. They mentioned awhile back that they'd be making FFXIII games for roughly the next 10 years. Weird, but...okay. As long as they keep other installments going,

Yep, 10 years...I imagine it's to turn each FF chapter into its own franchise, and eliminate peoples' notion that everything HAS to start over with each roman numeral. It makes sense as the company's able to get more out of its development dollar (or yen), rather than throwing away a whole lot of work and story.

A brand new monthly article which showcases some of deviantART's finest equine artists, as well as recognizing the lesser-known but equally talented ones. Interviews, helpful tutorials and features can all be found here too! I hope you enjoy it.
The idea of this contest is to set you up completely blind with a mythical being - from any world culture - and turn you loose to come up with a deviation based around it!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
When it comes to community spirit, `Rushy is a shining example. From participating in devmeets, to providing positive encouragement to other artists, `Rushy can always be found demonstrating what it really takes to be a true deviant. It's without any hesitation that we are delighted to award the Deviousness Award for July 2009 to `RushyRead More
